How much time is needed for a project?
The time required for a project depends on its complexity and scope. A simple animation may take 1-2 weeks, while larger projects can take longer. Often we can provide renders within days. We will provide an estimated timeline upon request.
What does it cost to create an animation?
The costs are dependent on the project scope, complexity and required timeline. We can deliver for a much lower price than other studios with a lot of overhead and our efficient production process.
How do you ensure scientific accuracy?
We work closely with scientists and experts to ensure the accuracy of our animations. We also use peer-reviewed research and validated data as the basis for our visualizations.
How long is a quotation valid?
Quotations from Lab76 are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. A project is considered accepted once confirmed in writing or via email.
What is included in a standard project?
Each project includes two minor revisions as part of the agreed scope. Minor revisions include small textual, timing, or visual changes that do not alter the main concept.
Are additional changes or feedback possible?
Yes. Extra small revisions beyond the included two may incur additional costs. Major changes to scope or concept require a new agreement. Feedback must be submitted within 5 business days.
When do I receive full usage rights?
Usage rights for the delivered work are granted after full payment, and only for the agreed purpose and platform. Full copyright remains with Lab76 unless explicitly transferred in writing.
How does Lab76 handle confidential information?
Both Lab76 and the client agree to treat all shared confidential information with strict confidentiality. An NDA can be signed upon request.
What are the payment terms?
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We do not require upfront payments. Late payments may result in interest and administrative fees. Any objections must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
